Struggle

I am given a job of 6 mths contract... I really struggle with is this really what I want? I felt that I choose this job is just to satisfy my parents I was really struck by a word my friend told me. She asked if feel the peace when I tell God abt it... I really wonder should I choose my life or the life my parents wants me to...
